The 2016 version of the Wheaton North track clinic will take place on Sunday, December 4th.

This year, we will host learn-by-doing sessions in the hurdles, the shot put, and the discus.

The sessions are open to high school athletes and to coaches at any level. Our clinic staff will put the high school kids through a series of drills designed to build sound fundamentals in their event. Coaches will be welcome to observe the teaching of those drills, to ask questions, and to film any segment of the clinic that they’d like. The athletes will walk away with a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of their event and with a set of drills which, if performed regularly, will help them to develop solid technique.
