René Sack is a former world class shot putter and current National Women’s Discus Coach for Germany.
His experiences as a glide shot putter trained in the German system and as the coach of the 2017 German Champion in the women’s shot, Sara Gambetta, make him uniquely qualified to present on the glide technique.
