Chris Korfist has coached track at Hinsdale Central, York and Montini for the last 26 years as well as football and Hinsdale Central. He has coached 86 All-State sprinters. He also owns Slow Guy Speed School which is a private training facility and has consulted with various NFL, NBA, MLB and RFU teams. He is also co-author of Triphasic Training for Football and the Triphasic Spring-Ankle Model. He co-owns trackfootballconsortium.com (TFC) and Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR). He also is a research advisor for Sprinz at Auckland University of Technology. He also speaks all over the world and can also be found as a guest on over a dozen podcasts and dozens more blogs.
