On July 26, Mcthrows.com hosted a rotational shot put webinar with Kent State throws coach Nathan Fanger.
Nathan is the coach of 2017 NCAA champion and 2018 Indoor Worlds silver medalist Danniel Thomas Dodd. Together, they have devised a really interesting approach to the rotational shot, one very different from what I have been teaching my athletes.
