Deerfield High School is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Track and Field Coach to oversee the Long Jump, Triple Jump, and High Jump events for our Boys Track and Field team. Candidates will be responsible for developing and executing daily, weekly, and season-long practice plans that are individualized, varied, and designed to be both challenging and enjoyable for athletes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with student-athletes, build a positive team culture, and inspire excellence in both athletic performance and personal growth. Responsibilities include developing athletes’ skills, providing constructive feedback, fostering a positive team environment, and preparing athletes for competitions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
This position offers a stipend of $6,051 to be paid on 5/15/2025.
