This Thursday, UW Oshkosh throws coach and world class Olympic lifter Mary Theisen-Lappen will present a free webinar titled “Teaching Olympic Lifts to Throwers–Helpful Hints for Throws Coaches who Double as Strength Coaches.”
As far as I can tell, that’s pretty much all of us, and Mary has some great insights into how we can help our athletes lift well even while we have our hands full teaching them how to throw.
