Lane Tech Girls Track & Field is looking to add assistant-level coaches to our staff for the 2025–2026 season! With 100+ athletes and a highly competitive program, we are seeking committed, energetic coaches to support our JV and Varsity groups.
We are hiring for multiple event areas, including:
• Distance (assist our Varsity or JV groups)
• Sprints
• Hurdles
• Field Events (Pole Vault, Throws, Jumps)
Why Join Us?: Lane Tech is one of Chicago’s premier athletic programs. Last season, our girls team produced:
• State medalists in the 4x800m relay (2025)
• State qualifiers in pole vault, discus, 4x400m, 3200m, 800m, and 4x800m
We are looking for someone who:
• Is reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to mentor young athletes
• Can begin as soon as possible
• Is available for the official season starting January
