Let’s get ready to rumble!
Wheaton North High School held the second of three middle school track camps last night, and a good time was had by all. The kids received instruction in the sprints from Wheaton North coaches Don Helberg, Amanda Carrigan, and Jim Martin; in the triple jump from Wheaton North coaches Rob Graf and Brian Zeglin; and in the weight throw from North Central college throws coach Sean Denard, North Central College thrower Connor Grace, and recent #illinois State University grad Brittany Smith who finished second at the NCAA Championships in the shot and hammer.
We will have one more session next Friday, and there is still time to sign up. Here is the info:
