This is a stipend position for the 2019 indoor and outdoor seasons.

1. Design throws training programs for all throwers. Coach all the throwers for both the indoor and outdoor seasons. Organize standard practices and develop individual athletes in those events.

2. Act as the primary supervisor for all the throwing venues and activities that take place on College-owned property

3. Develop the strength and conditioning program for the throwers in the program. Write, edit and develop the training program.

4. Serve as supporting recruiter for the men’s and women’s track and field throws program

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of collegiate competitive or coaching experience is preferred.
Licenses or Certifications: Valid drivers license is required.
