Ask an Expert: Running Website (and Apps) for team documentation of runs.

I am wondering if anyone knows of or uses a web based program for team running that lets the runners log their work outs and has a smartphone app to log their runs/workouts?
Thank you.

  1. Logarun.com is free and users can be grouped together by a team and can view each other’s logs. Only thing is that it doesn’t have an app.

  2. At Plainfield North, we use SteepleWeb (http://www.steepleweb.com/). I have used some of the free running logs previously and they don’t compare. They don’t have a dedicated app but the mobile version of the site runs excellent and most of our athletes use their phones to log their workouts. They are reasonable in cost and always making updates to make it better. I highly recommend!
